Return & Cancellations

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out perfectly, and we’re happy to offer an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will accept exchange if the item arrived is “Wrong item” or “Damaged”.
  • Exchanges can only be made for items of equal or higher value.
  • You will be responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Email us at info@womencharms.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item you’d like to exchange
  • The reason for the exchange

Once approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps.

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, email us within 48 hours of delivery at info@womencharms.com with photos, and we’ll make it right. (please record a video while unboxing, it is must to process the exchange)
