Shipping Information
Yes! We currently ship to all the pin codes in India.
- Free Shipping (on orders above Rs.999/-)
- Standard Shipping (3–5 Business Days): Rs. 49/-
- Express Shipping (2–3 Business Days): Rs.99/-
Orders placed before 12 PM will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM are processed the next business day. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us ASAP at info@womencharms.com and we’ll help fix it!
Refund & Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out perfectly, and we’re happy to offer an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- We will accept exchange if the item arrived is “Wrong item” or “Damaged”.
- Exchanges can only be made for items of equal or higher value.
- You will be responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

- Your order number
- The item you’d like to exchange
- The reason for the exchange
Once approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps.
- If you receive a damaged or wrong item, email us within 48 hours of delivery at info@womencharms.com with photos, and we’ll make it right. (please record a video while unboxing, it is must to process the exchange)
